Fulfillment Policy

1. Overview
Our primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for refunds, cancellations, and other fulfillment-related issues specific to digital goods, particularly in-game balance.

2. Digital Goods
In-Game Balance: Once purchased, in-game balance credits are immediately applied to your account and are non-transferable. Given the nature of digital goods, all sales are final upon successful delivery.

3. Refund Policy
Users can request a refund within 14 days of payment.
Refunds are issued provided the purchased in-game currency has not been used, spent, transferred to other players, or otherwise expended.
In the event of a technical error, double debit, or failure to receive in-game currency, a refund will be issued after the request has been verified by customer support.
To request a refund, please contact customer support, providing your payment information and the reason for the request.

4. Cancellation Policy
The user can cancel an order until it is processed and the in-game currency is credited to the game account.
Once the in-game currency is credited to the account balance, the order cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, please immediately contact support, providing the order number or payment details. If the order has not yet been processed by the payment system, the funds may be refunded.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe that an unauthorized transaction has occurred, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the suspension or termination of your account. We take chargebacks seriously and will vigorously dispute any unwarranted claims.
